Wixi participated at The Next Web 2007 conference, which took place June 1st in Amsterdam. We were one of 20 companies selected by The Next Web’s jury for the startup arena, and we spent the day networking, trading business cards, meeting with investors and taking the first registrations for the private beta.
We are quite happy to say that interest we raised at this conference was ahead of our initial hopes: people pressured us the whole day for a small glimpse at the unique Wixi interface! Sorry guys, this was not the right time to show the service to the public, but this was a great opportunity for us to meet with VCs and catch the attention of the leaders in the Web 2.0 world! Mission accomplished!
